Potential Commercial Conversion
Hi All, new to the community and my boot camp is not until September. In the meantime I feel have found a potential deal which is in a great location for conversion in to student accommodation. There is a demand in this area. This would be quite a large conversion financially so what would the next steps be. I’ve not spoken to the agent as yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Kuli.
