Newbie to the group.

Hi Everyone,

Super excited to join and thanks to Lewis for being a legend with the onboarding :)

My name is Jax and I am based in Brighton (and Hove actually). I'm an event producer by trade but that Covid gremlin put a stop to all my events so I turned to property. I bought my first BTL / full refurb that kept me sane through the lock down period. I then gave myself a name/identity and launched Mrs Butler. I enjoyed it so much I bought a second property and did the same. I am looking to grow my SA business and turn my hand to other property strategies.

I am keen to do a BRR + Commercial Conversion this year - but I need help and partners.
