He came from long, demanding days running a vehicle transport business always busy, always moving, but not really getting closer to the lifestyle he wanted. More time with his kids, more freedom, more control. That was the real goal.

After he finds me on YouTube, Paul didn’t just watch and hope. He got involved. Joined a training event, stepped into advanced training, and committed to high-level mentoring. He backed himself.

Then he kept it simple.

Rent-to-Rent. Consistent lead generation with a VA. Picking up the phone. Building relationships. Following up when others wouldn’t.

18 months later, 4 deals secured. Around £750 per month per property. Started with just £1,500–£2,000 on his first deal. And now managing it all in just 1–2 hours a week per deal.

But the real win?

More time with his kids. Less time on the road. More belief in himself. A completely different mindset where challenges aren’t obstacles anymore, they’re opportunities.
