I have a great tip for sourcers/investors. Put this into chat gpt.
Is (price) BMV for a (how many bedrooms) on (certain street/road) (city) good.
Ie:- is £100000 BMV for a 2 bed house on anywhere street in random city good.
This will tell you if it is good value compared with other properties in that street.
