FIRST UK DEAL — DONE! 🎉

I can finally say it… I’ve just closed my first deal in the UK!

What makes this one extra special is that this is a completely new market for me. I’ve done property deals before, but moving from Spain to the UK and starting to build again here has been a whole new journey. There have been plenty of questions, learning curves, conversations and moments where I had to trust the process, but today, it all feels worth it.

One deal might not sound like much, but for me, this represents a new chapter. The goal now is simple: keep learning, keep building, keep meeting the right people, and keep doing more deals.
