Commercial loan
Hi Gang,
Just been offered a commercial loan fixed for 5 years at 5.79%.
No fees and no valuation fees just administrative fee of £299.
Is this a good deal or better deals out there.
Love to hear all your input and comments.
This is for the care home conversion from my last post.
