Care home to supported living?
Morning all!
My wife’s parents live in Walton on the Naze and this particular property used to be a care home and was earmarked for development into holiday lets for less able guests.
However nothing has happened with this site for at least the last few years and my commercial conversion brain can see the opportunity here.
I will need to do more research on current use class, ownership etc, as the preferred strategy is permitted development rights, however does anyone have any experience of developing a similar property? 🤔
