One thing I’ve realised recently in property..
A lot of people can find deals.But funding them? That’s where things get difficult.
I’ve been there myself.
Sourcing opportunities was never really my problem, The real challenge was having enough cash flow and flexibility to move when opportunities showed up.
So instead of staying stuck, I made a small shift behind the scenes that started changing a lot for me financially.
And honestly, It opened my eyes.
Sometimes the problem isn’t lack of opportunity, it’s the structure behind you.
Most successful investors struggled at the beginning too.The difference is they adapted instead of quitting.
