I am glad you are here!
As Good Or Better Fitness is a community built around one simple idea: do something today to make yourself as good or better than you were yesterday.
This started as a personal commitment during my cancer treatment. Some days it was as small as walking to the end of the chemo ward and back. Other days I was able to push harder. Over time, I learned that the key is consistency, not perfection. The AGOB Fitness community is here to help you build that same consistency in your own life.
How This Community Works
1. Daily Workouts
I will post a new workout every day. Your job is to show up, do what you can, and share your effort in the comments.
2. Encourage Others
Reply to someone else’s post or comment each day. This community is about building each other up and encouraging one another to do as good or better than we did the day before.
3. Share Your Wins
Big or small, share your progress. Whether it is completing a workout faster, choosing a healthy meal, or simply showing up on a tough day, it all counts.
