In 2024 I was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer called mandibular osteosarcoma. During treatment, I knew I needed to stay active to keep my body and mind strong. Some days that meant walking to the end of the chemo ward and back. Other days I was able to complete a real workout.
To keep myself accountable, I started a small group text with my closest friends where I posted my workout and my time each day. The goal was simple: motivate myself to keep moving and inspire others to do As Good Or Better than the guy going through treatment.
That small idea became the AGOB Challenge. I began sharing my workouts and times on LinkedIn, and others joined in, posting theirs too. From there, AGOB grew into something bigger, a movement and now a community.
Here, you can expect daily bodyweight workouts that require little to no equipment, a space to post your times, encouragement from others, and the challenge to keep showing up and doing As Good Or Better than the day before.
