End of chest day
Been enjoying ending my chest day with these.
Incline ring flys (the lower the rings are relative to your feet, the more it will target the upper chest)
Can then be super set into ring push ups once you’ve hit failure on ring flys.
(Can also add a 3rd stage to the super set where you do normal push ups till failure after the ring push ups)
Can also be loaded with plates on you’re back
