Connect With Your Team - Through Music!
Did you know that you can connect with your “Team” (Creator/Universe, loved ones, ancestors, angels, higher self, spirit guides, etc) through music?! You sure can! 🎶 😎
Friday morning, when you get some quiet time (or do it tonight if you have the time!):
- Turn on your fave radio station or music channel (YT, Spotify, etc) and prep it to play.
- Clear your energy (energy hygiene)
- Ask your “Team” (of the highest of love and light) what they would like for you to know for your highest and greatest good.
- Turn on or press play (if a song was on and paused, click next)
The beat, the lyrics, the title, nostalgia from the song, the way the song makes you feel - something about it is what your team wants you to know or experience. It could be deep or reflective. It could be light and fun. I’ve had Snoop Dog pop on and I just laughed… they wanted to lift my spirits!
