How to Get Started with E-Estate
If you've done your research, read the risk disclaimer, and decided you want to try E-Estate, here's how to get set up. The whole process takes about 10-15 minutes. Before You Start Make sure you've done all four of these: - You've read the Risk Disclaimer & Due Diligence post in this community. - You understand that E-Estate is an unregulated and speculative investment. - You're investing money you can afford to lose entirely. - You've done your own research beyond just this community. If you haven't done all four, go back and do them first. There's no rush. Step 1: Create Your Account Go to the E-Estate website and sign up using the community referral link: https://e-estate.co/agent/587664388322 Using the community link supports this group. It's how we keep the community free and the resources flowing. But if you'd prefer to sign up directly without a referral, that's completely fine too. No pressure, ever. Fill in your details and verify your email. Standard account setup. Step 2: Fund Your Account Once your account is active, you'll need to deposit funds. E-Estate accepts several payment methods. Check the platform for current options, as these can change. How much should you start with? That's entirely your call. For reference: - The minimum investment for Apartment MIA (the lowest entry tier) is $10. - I personally started with $30. - Many members start with $10-$50 just to test the waters. Start with whatever amount lets you sleep at night. You can always add more later. Step 3: Purchase Your First Property Once your account is funded: 1. Navigate to the property marketplace. 2. Browse the available tiers (check the Property Tier Reference Guide in this community for a breakdown of all 12 tiers). 3. Select the tier that fits your budget. If you're starting small, Apartment MIA ($10 minimum) is where most of us began. 4. Enter the amount you want to invest at that tier. 5. Confirm the purchase.

Welcome to Tokenized Real Estate Team
Welcome to Tokenized Real Estate Team You just joined a community of real people exploring tokenized real estate investing through E-Estate. No gurus. No hype. Just data, strategy, and transparent conversations about building wealth through digital property ownership. Whether you're skeptical, curious, or already invested, you're in the right place. Who We Are I'm Art, the founder of this community. I started investing in E-Estate on December 28, 2025, with a $30 deposit into Apartment MIA. I was skeptical. I tracked every penny. I still do. As of February 2026, I have $633+ invested across 10+ properties, earning roughly $2.53/day. That's not life-changing money, but the compound math is real, and I document every step of the journey publicly in this community. I'm not a financial advisor. I'm not affiliated with E-Estate beyond being an investor. I built this community because I wanted a place where real investors could share real data, not screenshots from strangers on Telegram. How This Community Works Three tiers, one team: Explorer — You're curious or doing research. You have full access to beginner content, general discussion, and the education courses. No investment required. Investor — You're actively using E-Estate. You get access to strategy deep dives, tracking tools, weekly performance check-ins, and investor-only threads. Agent — You're pursuing or hold ARDR certification. Agent-specific training, referral strategies, and marketing resources. (This tier launches once I complete my own certification.) Everyone starts as an Explorer. As you learn, invest, and engage, you level up naturally. Community Guidelines 1. This is NOT financial advice. Everything shared here, including my own portfolio data, is personal experience and education. No one in this community is telling you what to do with your money. You make your own decisions. Period. 2. Skepticism is welcome. If something doesn't add up, say so. If you have concerns about E-Estate, post them. We don't delete criticism, we discuss it. The Risk & Due Diligence channel exists for exactly this.

Risk Disclaimer & Due Diligence: Read This Before You Invest
Risk Disclaimer & Due Diligence — Read This Before You Invest a Dollar This post exists because I believe you deserve the full picture — not just the upside. If this community is going to be built on transparency, that starts here. The Disclaimer I am not a financial advisor, licensed broker, or investment professional. Nothing in this community — including my portfolio data, strategy posts, courses, or comments — constitutes financial advice. Everything I share is my personal experience and educational information. E-Estate is an unregulated platform. There is no FDIC insurance, no SEC oversight, and no government-backed guarantee on any investment made through the platform. You could lose your entire investment. Only invest money you can afford to lose completely. I mean that. If losing it would affect your rent, your bills, or your ability to eat — do not invest it. What I Know (and What I Don't) What I know from personal experience: - I've been investing since December 28, 2025, starting with $30 - I've received daily profit credits consistently during my time on the platform - I've successfully withdrawn funds (document your own withdrawal experience) - I track every dollar via CSV exports and can verify my own numbers What I cannot verify independently: - E-Estate claims 4,000+ investors across 50+ countries — I haven't verified this - E-Estate claims $18.4 million in funding secured — I haven't verified this - E-Estate claims approximately 1,000 certified digital agents — I haven't verified this - The underlying real estate assets backing the tokenized properties — I have not independently confirmed ownership or valuation - The long-term sustainability of the daily ROI rates advertised on the platform These figures come from E-Estate's own press releases and marketing materials. I present them because they're part of the platform's public information, but I want to be clear: I have not independently confirmed them. The BehindMLM Review
