Name: Art Location: DFW, Texas Where I'm at with E-Estate: Currently invested $633+ since Dec 28, 2025. Started with $30. Pure Apartment MIA strategy, buying weekly, tracking everything via CSV exports. What brought me here: I couldn't find a community that operated on real data instead of hype. So I built one. What I'm hoping to get from this community: A team of investors who hold each other accountable, share real numbers, and make informed decisions together.
