Who We Are
I'm Art, the founder of this community. I started investing in E-Estate on December 28, 2025, with a $30 deposit into Apartment MIA. I was skeptical. I tracked every penny. I still do.
As of February 2026, I have $633+ invested across 10+ properties, earning roughly $2.53/day. That's not life-changing money, but the compound math is real, and I document every step of the journey publicly in this community.
I'm not a financial advisor. I'm not affiliated with E-Estate beyond being an investor. I built this community because I wanted a place where real investors could share real data, not screenshots from strangers on Telegram.
How This Community Works
Three tiers, one team:
Explorer — You're curious or doing research. You have full access to beginner content, general discussion, and the education courses. No investment required.
Investor — You're actively using E-Estate. You get access to strategy deep dives, tracking tools, weekly performance check-ins, and investor-only threads.
Agent — You're pursuing or hold ARDR certification. Agent-specific training, referral strategies, and marketing resources. (This tier launches once I complete my own certification.)
Everyone starts as an Explorer. As you learn, invest, and engage, you level up naturally.
Community Guidelines
1. This is NOT financial advice. Everything shared here, including my own portfolio data, is personal experience and education. No one in this community is telling you what to do with your money. You make your own decisions. Period.
2. Skepticism is welcome. If something doesn't add up, say so. If you have concerns about E-Estate, post them. We don't delete criticism, we discuss it. The Risk & Due Diligence channel exists for exactly this.
3. Share real data. If you're going to talk about your results, bring numbers. Screenshots, CSV exports, and actual figures. "I'm making great returns" means nothing here without proof.
4. Respect the team. Disagree with a strategy? Great, explain why with data. Personal attacks, trolling, or dismissing someone's experience isn't how we operate.
5. No spam or self-promotion. Don't join to drop your affiliate link or pitch your course. If you're here to sell, you're in the wrong place.
6. Only invest what you can afford to lose entirely. E-Estate is unregulated and speculative. There are real risks. If you can't afford to lose it, don't invest it. We talk about this openly, and read the Risk & Due Diligence post before putting in a dollar.
