This is the complete breakdown of all 12 E-Estate property tiers. Bookmark this post. You'll come back to it.
Important: Tier minimums are entry thresholds, not unit prices. Once you meet the minimum, you can invest any amount at that tier. For example, if you have $1,400, you can put the full $1,400 into Desert Villa. You don't have to split across tiers.

Apartment MIA: $10 minimum, 0.32%-0.52% daily range, $0.04 avg daily, $0.84/month, $15.12 over 18 months, 9 month break-even
Lake House: $250 minimum, 0.37%-0.54% daily range, $1.14 avg daily, $23.94/month, $430.92 over 18 months, 10 month break-even
House: $480 minimum, 0.46%-0.66% daily range, $2.69 avg daily, $56.49/month, $1,016.82 over 18 months, 8 month break-even

How to Read This Data
All figures are E-Estate's own calculations using the average floating rate at the minimum investment for each tier. Monthly is calculated as daily times 21 business days. The 18-month total is daily times 378 business days. After 18 months, the rate drops to 10% annual.
The Surprising Truth: House Beats Desert Villa
Most people assume more expensive means better returns. Not the case.
House: 0.560% daily at $480 minimum
Desert Villa: 0.520% daily at $1,000 minimum
House gives you a higher daily rate at a lower entry point. If you have $1,000-$3,119, House is the better play by the numbers.
Proof with real numbers at $1,500 invested:
In House: $1,500 x 0.560% = $8.40/day, $4,603 over 18 months.
In Desert Villa: $1,500 x 0.520% = $7.80/day, $4,274 over 18 months
House wins by $329.

Got unexpected money? Here's the breakdown:
$10-$249: Apartment MIA, $0.04-$1.00/day
$250-$479: Lake House, $1.14-$2.18/day
$480-$3,119: House, $2.69-$17.47/day
$3,120-$5,000: Villa, $19.03-$30.50/day
$5,000+: Villa, $30.50+/day
Rule: Put 100% into the single highest-rate tier you can access. Don't split.
The 18-Month Clock
Every property you buy earns enhanced returns for exactly 548 days (18 months). After that, returns drop to 10% annual (0.0274% daily). That's a 93% drop from Apartment MIA rates and a 96% drop from Villa rates.
What this means: every day you delay buying is one lost day of high-profit earnings. Your properties expire on their own schedule (not all at once), so the transition is gradual.
This data is presented objectively. No tier is recommended over another. Every investor should evaluate the tiers based on their own financial situation and risk tolerance.
