in many wisdom traditions, humans are seen as expressions of the elements. i resonate deeply with this perspective because i've found that the elements offer a beautiful language for understanding our emotions, creativity, and seasons of growth. when looked at spiritually and symbolically, we can learn to have a greater appreciation for the cycle of life and understand each phase as temporary and necessary for stepping into the next transition or element.
