a warm welcome to our newest alchemists @Dr Crystal D Woods & @Sonja Golchin 🪄 so glad you found your way here! art & alchemy is a space for curious minds and creative souls. where we explore art, spirituality, psychology, consciousness and the deeper questions that don't always have easy answers💭 you don't have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to show up and see what unfolds. so take your time, look around, and share whatever feels right. we'd love to get to know you a little: 🌀 what does creativity mean to you right now, are you actively creating or still finding your way back to it? 🌀 what's a question or topic you've been curious about lately? can't wait to hear from you🫀 (everyone else go say hi and show some love 💫)

Welcome in!! 💙
i did a past life regression
...and it wasn’t what i expected. i left feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically drained. like i had just opened something i didn’t fully understand yet, unsure why my higher self led me there in the first place. whoever said the real work comes after… they were right.👁️ it’ll be a week on saturday, and not to be dramatic or anything, but i’ve already felt such a deep spiritual shift. i have a lot i want to share (video coming soon), but for now, i’ll leave you with this: say yes. to what’s been calling you. to what you feel drawn to without explanation. to the discomfort asking to be explored. this whole experience was a reminder that the spiritual path gets ugly before it gets pretty. but boy, when it settles… life feels lighter. clearer. like you’ve unlocked a new way of seeing everything. i’m excited to go deeper into this soon. for now, just wanted to share a piece of where i’m at. take care of yourselves❤️‍🩹 🫀have you ever had an experience you couldn’t logically explain, but felt deeply real?

This is so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing. I've had a Hape experience and boy did allow me to purge, connect to my feminine and see the world so differently. I can relate to your experiences.
🧠✨ 5-day challenge: meet your archetypes
hi alchemists🤍 we’re starting something a little deeper beginning tomorrow… a 5-day exploration into the different parts of you. you are not just one fixed identity. you are layered, complex, and constantly shifting. made up of different versions of yourself that have all been shaped by your experiences, emotions, and your past. some parts feel easy to love. others… not so much. but all of them are you. for the next few days, we’re going to gently explore these parts through reflection and creativity, not to judge or “fix” anything, but to understand and integrate. each day, you’ll receive: - an archetype to explore - a reflection prompt - and a way to express it (writing, art, voice, anything that feels natural) this is something we’re doing together. so whatever comes up… you’re invited to share it here. this is a safe space. ✨ if you’re joining, comment & answer this question: 💭 what part of you are you most curious about right now? i’ll be doing this with you too🪄

Right now, I am most curious about what I want in my life right now. There have been so many shifts I’ve been going through the past few years. Where I’ve had an idea or a direction that I wanna go, but then there are outside sources that conflict with what I’m trying to bring to life. So at times it has put me in this limbo phase of only focusing on things I have control of. This has allowed me to go inward to reconnect with myself and my inner child. However, with all the changes in the world at times, I’m conflicted on the ideas I used to have if they still align with me and if they are really beneficial to me and the collective because of all the changes in the world. I’m really trying to listen to my future self. What are the things that matters to her most and seeking when she had the aha moment?

Thanks for the reminder beauty! Truly needed to hear this. As of late I ask my spiritual team for random sightings of things like an "neon orange jeep" haha. This recently happened to me and helping in making a decision. I nearly forgot I asked about it and the answer came the day before I had a meeting with the energies I was asking about. Or during my walks I am always picking up coins--as reminders of my abundance. That my ideas and feelings are heard. I am working on how to connect this more to my career and how I connect with others.
🪄day 1: the inner child
my first question for you is: when you hear the words “inner child”… what comes to mind? i’ve noticed we all define it differently. whatever comes up for you matters more than you think because it usually reflects something deeper. if you think of freedom: how free do you feel right now? if you think of play: are you actually making space and time for what you enjoy? if you think of curiosity: when was the last time you let your mind wander without judging it? your inner child is the part of you that first learned how the world works. how to receive love, whether it was safe or not to express yourself, if your emotions were welcomed or dismissed. it didn’t have language yet, so it learned through feeling and eventually those feelings became patterns. the way you react when you feel ignored, the way you overthink after being vulnerable, the way you shrink, people-please, or protect yourself without even realizing it. but it’s also where your essence lives: your curiosity, your creativity, your natural way of being before it was shaped. sometimes what we associate with our inner child is actually what we’ve been missing. so today isn’t about analyzing it, but instead stepping back into that world, even if it’s just for a moment. exercise: 🎧 revisit your world: go back to something you loved as a kid: a song, show, game, place, toy, hobby, word… even a smell or a food. let yourself experience it again, even briefly. 💭 notice what comes up for you emotionally without trying to explain it or make sense of it ✨ if you feel called, share: - what you revisited - and what it made you feel even one word is enough!

It’s so interesting how these are the topics you already planned to discuss. I watched the Incredibles one and two this week and I’ve been listening to a lot of music from childhood movies. I think about playfulness and no boundaries and curiosity being measured by how far I’m willing to go down the rabbit hole. And as I’m saying this now, I want to watch Alice in Wonderland haha. I think of my silliness, my insightfulness, the spirit of my innocence and imagination.

Yess, exactly. Maybe we need to spiritually start picking these childhood animations apart. I've been saying I want to do something like this. I mentioned to someone once that they should pay attention to the types of movies they gravitates to as a child because it brings insights to who we really are and the types of lives we wish to live. There was this idea that Alice was the wrong Alice, but she had to grow into who she was and accept her destiny. Be adventurous, travel the world, build love and friendships with characters from different walks of life, and deprogram from limiting beliefs that she wasn't aligned with.
🌘 day 2: the shadow
yesterday we met a softer part of you. today we’re meeting the part that’s harder to see. i like to think of the psyche as a seesaw. on one end is your ego- the version of you that you’re aware of, the one you identify with, the one you show the world. on the other end is your shadow- the parts of you you don’t fully see, the parts that were pushed down, hidden, or left in the dark. the goal isn’t to get rid of one or the other, it’s to stay in balance. because when we stay too identified with our ego, who we think we are, the seesaw may tip, and when the shadow comes up it can feel intense. you might react in ways that surprise you, feel emotions that don’t match the moment, or see a side of yourself that makes you feel deeply ashamed; especially because you didn’t know it was there. your shadow isn’t something bad, it’s just unseen. and the more it stays unseen, the more power it has over you. so the point isn’t to eliminate it, it’s to slowly bring awareness to it. to recognize: this is also apart of who i am. and over time that awareness turns into acceptance, and that acceptance is what allows you to show up more honestly, fully, and more aligned with yourself. so... how do you keep your seesaw in balance? you start by catching yourself. catch the moments where something small triggers a bigger reaction. when you feel yourself getting irritated, defensive, insecure, or thrown off. instead of reacting right away… pause. take a couple deep breaths. don’t judge what you’re feeling. don’t try to fix it immediately. just notice it, let it move through you, and when you’re ready, get curious about it. you can come up with your own process for working with your shadow, there is no right way to do this. there are so many ways to explore these parts of you. it’s really about what works for you and what helps you stay honest with yourself. 🌗 so i invite you to share in the comments below: 🖤 what are ways you’ve worked with your shadow in the past, and what has actually helped you?

I got chills reading this!! Thanks so much for expressing. I had a dream last night about meeting another middle child. That we recognized each other based off our energy. Hugging one another. Not speaking on our hardships -- just understanding each other's truths and embracing each other in love. Saying, "I see you." Purely in our innocence and beauty. It was really sweet!!
