Sweet friends, weโ€™re starting today with a simple meditation together at 8:00 AM CST.
This will be a gentle space to pause, breathe, settle your mind, and begin the day with a little more calm and intention.
You do not need any experience with meditation. You do not need a perfect setup. You do not even need a quiet house โ€” although wouldnโ€™t that be nice? ๐Ÿ˜…
Just bring yourself.
If you can, find a comfortable spot, grab tea or water, and give yourself permission to slow down for a few minutes.
Weโ€™ll focus on:
