Tea & Talk each week is to discuss the weekly tea blend, the journal pages and if you want to chat about tea. Last one was held on Saturday at 2pm CST. Because summer is coming I can move that date/time to be more suitable for the whole group (until August then it will be back to Saturday at 2 or maybe in morning, who knows) So please, vote on what its the best day/time and if none of the choices works best for you, tell me in the comments.

Not pretending we suddenly have to have our whole summer figured out. Just easing into the next season with a little more intention, refreshment, and support. And the ginger adds just a little warmth so the blend does not feel too cold or flat. It is lovely warm, but honestly, this one is made for iced tea season. Simple blend idea - 1 part hibiscus - 1 part lemon balm - ยฝ part peppermint - ยฝ part rosehips - ยผ part ginger How to make it Add 1โ€“2 teaspoons of the blend to a cup. Pour hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 8โ€“10 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm, or let it cool and pour over ice. There is relief. There is tiredness. There is that โ€œI made it, but I may need to stare at a wall for a minuteโ€ kind of energy. So tonightโ€™s ๐—๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น & ๐—๐—ผ๐˜† feels extra special. This week, weโ€™ve been focusing on celebration and transition โ€” honoring what weโ€™ve made it through and gently asking what we want this next season to feel like.
