After a weekend full of unexpected twists and deep emotional processing, I am giving myself permission to take this Monday แด‡xแด›ส€แด€ ั•สŸแดแดก, even though I am starting back to work this week (spring break was last week). Who says the start of the week has to be a frantic rush?
Today, Iโ€™m sipping on some nourishing ๐‹๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐๐š๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ž๐š. Itโ€™s one of my absolute favorite herbs for giving a tired nervous system a big, warm hug.
