Hello beauties!
Having finished another 2 groups sessions this week I must share 2 areas in particular being illuminated by many of you.
  1. How the notion of 'giving to ourselves' is so uncommon, contrast with the constant 'asking' we have of ourselves. A simple example of this is a morning routine of drinking warm water first before anything else. Warm water is a vasodilator which warms, relaxes, hydrates the inner terrain and nourishes us deeply, compared with coffee or tea with caffeine or (even lemon water) which is asking of our body to do or produce something, in this case energy.
  2. The question of resistance. When we have tasks or activities to attend, those gnawing feelings an the question is when to keep going knowing there is something here for you and when to surrender and listen to the wisdom of your body possibly saying no. How do we know the difference? Such a great noticing.... Does anyone have anything here that's relevant at the moment? Perhaps share some hot tips or further sharings... ?
