Another group session inspiration
Inspired by our group session last night. The stress and emotions are high right now. There are a few things to consider. - It's spring. Energy is rising and if we've been 'sitting on things' it's easy to erupt. - Many of us have less resilience with our hormones shifting. This is no small situation, especially when so much has dysregulated our nervous system and hormones for decades! (The Pill, neurotoxins, estrogen-mimicking compounds, our own family patterns, current relationships at home, social and work). - Decades of holding it all together. YES, even though you once had capacity to push through and go that extra 1,000 miles - it does take a toll. - And this isn't talking about your individual symptoms or details - this is a collective situation. Much to consider in the relationship between our underworld and outer world. In conclusion, when you are feeling emotional - is NOT the time to try to work it out! Once upon a time maybe, but these days, time to give yourself some credit. You are not 'just being ______ get over it" (whatever is your go to). I'll share when I feel like this and my own frustrations say "Oh Anny, you've done so much of this, you should have it together by now, what's wrong with you?" That's my red flag, this is serious! Inevitably I'll lay on the floor and in seconds I'm in tears. The thoughts are so many - nothing to work out here - the storm is up. Let it rain. Sometimes it's just a few minutes and it begins to clear - with a few kind easy words to myself and I could return to the task. Other times I really need time. If I literally cannot take the time I tell myself this is not over, I'll be back. And keep my own promise to return to this space when I can. If your internal fight continues, so will the pain. I know, I can assure you I am not immune to this. The feeling is one thing but, the way you treat yourself, your self-talk is more of the issue. It's not what, but how we deal. This is you we're talking about. The Golden Egg 🌹

Nourishment
On this three month Journey with Anny I thought I would have leant into this classroom space a bit more - to share what I have learnt, hear from others and use it as a safe outlet I suppose, to build this practice of self expression but because I spend so much time in front of the computer in my working life and work has been nuts - it has actually not been the place I have wanted to spend time. I wonder if that is other peoples experiences also? As the journey takes on a bit more of an independent turn, perhaps now the space will call as an ongoing resource. I am loving the qi gong - the movement really works for me so hopefully see some of you there or here when we have something to share :-) I am yet to complete the final components of the classroom course so I'll be back and hopefully hear how others are going. Things I am noticing - - I am definitely taking the time to enjoy my food a bit better now which is good for the 'ol nourishment. - Finding it easier to sit in silence before jumping in to say yes - giving me time to say no when I need to. - Meditating more regularly which is helping with getting better at knowing what I want vs what is expected and calming the nervous system down. Hope things are shifting for you too. Thanks to Anny :-)

Dearest @Anna Kelly this does seem to be the sentiment from us all actually - leaning into this space more... Definitely about so much of our lives being online - not another please!! Which I personally feel to be honest - it took courage to set up this platform knowing it may contribute to the influx of 'more' - so I appreciate you saying and then going on to contribute. Love hearing your noticings, so pleased to hear the integration especially around the ol' Nourishment. OOfff itn't she a beauty! Sneaks in everywhere if you let her 😻 And your intention is to share more as time goes on, yes please! Inspired by our group session this evening.
Hello beauties, it has been a while since I've shared here and tonight is the night! After a group session I felt so inspired I’ve been journaling ever since! We were discussing ‘emotional correctness’. In our homes and in our work places. It touched me deeply. It's such a core part of this work: reclaiming your right to feel. And reminded me of how radical this still is. Especially in this highly charged environment - socially, politically, globally with access to the world's actions, great and small - it's so challenging. Thank you for being part of this work. I’m so moved by the depth and courage you all bring ❤️ With life comes movement. Movement is Qi, and Qi is life. Without it - there is no life. If we are not moving—physically, emotionally, energetically—something is stuck. Stagnation is at the root of so much IF NOT ALL disharmony in the body and mind. Pain, tension, weight, disturbed sleep, mood (high and low) often trace back to blocked Qi or lack of movement. So the invitation is simple yet powerful. Keep the Qi moving. Breathe. Feel. Dance. Walk. Cry. Laugh. Shake. Let the life-force move. With love, Anny ❤️

Introduction
Hello fellow travellers, I’m amy. I moved from Giabal Country SE QLD to Naarm in March this year. A big move for big reasons.. love, healing and self-discovery. After decades of perplexing symptoms, misdiagnoses, regular periods of complete burnout, maidening and mothering, perimenopause arrived along with a diagnosis of ASD/ADHD (or AuDHD) This diagnosis brought immense relief as it unlocked and decoded much of the somatic language my body had been communicating my entire life. Simultaneous to obtaining this new and valuable information, I emerged in the buoyant, warm waters of unconditional love and knew I could finally enter a time and space of deep and expansive healing… the healing of my nervous system, compassionate reconnection with my body, the radical acceptance of my sacred self, and honouring this journey into consciousness. So I began googling for a Healer who felt skilled, intuitive and safe enough to guide me through this path.. and I found Anny!! 🙌 5 mins round the corner!! Thank you All for sharing your stories here. I am deeply grateful to be taking this journey with you All and privileged to bear witness 🙏🙏🙏 I am excited to share my current location on the 3TT pathway in my next post 😄
