But once those tokens are used up, that’s it—no more straying from the plan! The goal here is to keep you making most of your meals yourself, while still allowing you to indulge in the nicities of life. Everything in moderation, including moderation! 😉 So, let’s keep it tight and stay on track—your goals will thank you for it! Giddy up!

Every time I bring it up, it’s the same story: “It’s too complicated…” “I don’t know how to use it…” “It’s too much hassle to track my food…” But somehow, you know how to make a Reel, scroll TikTok for hours, and subscribe to OnlyFans. So don’t give me that shite. Tracking your food just takes a bit of common sense and a tiny bit of effort. That’s it. Here’s a simple hack to make it even easier: Every time you enter a meal—save it. Boom. Now it’s in there forever. Do that a few times and guess what? You’ve built your own personal recipe book inside the app. MyFitnessPal is not the enemy. It’s a tool to keep you accountable for what’s going in your cake hole. Stop making excuses. Start using the tool. Giddy up.
