MyFitnessPal isn’t the problem. You are.
Every time I bring it up, it’s the same story:
“It’s too complicated…”
“I don’t know how to use it…”
“It’s too much hassle to track my food…”
But somehow, you know how to make a Reel, scroll TikTok for hours, and subscribe to OnlyFans.
So don’t give me that shite.
Tracking your food just takes a bit of common sense and a tiny bit of effort. That’s it.
Here’s a simple hack to make it even easier:
Every time you enter a meal—save it.
Boom.
Now it’s in there forever.
Do that a few times and guess what?
You’ve built your own personal recipe book inside the app.
MyFitnessPal is not the enemy.
It’s a tool to keep you accountable for what’s going in your cake hole.
Stop making excuses. Start using the tool.
Giddy up.
