Who is down for an arm challenge :)?
I don’t know how this challenge would look like. I was hoping we could all brainstorm a way.
I have some dumbbells at home and was hoping for a challenge to do weekly/ every other day (?).
Who is down to join me :)?
And Does anyone know what exercises and what intensity / interval are necessary to achieve nice arms :)?
