Our floor = our non negotiable
Basically, guardrails for when life starts life-ing… so hard seasons (injury, illness, work chaos, heartbreak etc) don’t turn into hard months.
Protecting our floor means staying on course (it’s never a straight line) long enough to get better …. in how we look, how we feel, and how strong we become!!
