Day 3- Pau!
Guyyyssss! My legs have been sore since Day1 workout, so sore that I have a hard time walking downhill(my driveway). Today, I was able to do Wall Sits wincing the entire time… but forget about those Split Squat! My gosh, I could NOT do it. Bird Dog was fine, I did break a sweat there😅
