(The Ping-Pong Prompt That Fixes 99% of Realtor Prompts)

Let’s face it — most agents are talking to ChatGPT like it’s their intern.

“Write me a listing.”

“Make it more persuasive.”

“Add emojis.”

That’s not prompting. That’s digital babysitting.

If you’ve ever thought, “It’d be faster if I just did this myself,” congrats — you’ve just lost the whole point of using AI.

🏓 Step 1: PING! — “What’s the Result?”

Stop telling AI how to do it. Start by asking it to analyze what you want.
