Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve noticed something that’s shifted my perspective. I still believe there’s power in manifestation, affirmations, and being present, but I’ve realized that what matters even more—for me at least—is my energy investment. When I don’t prioritize quality sleep, recovery, and giving my mind time to slow down, it’s so much harder to stay present and embody the person I’m trying to become.
Working with people every day made me notice this. I’m constantly choosing my battles, reading conversations, and managing different personalities.
When I’m well-rested and my nervous system feels regulated, handling those stressors feels natural. But when my energy is depleted, even with the same manifestation practices, it’s harder to stay aligned. It made me realize that protecting my energy isn’t separate from manifestation—it might actually be one of the biggest parts of it.
