My cousin told me once "if your dreams/goals don't scare you at least a little bit, they aren't big enough" Then I remember a lesson Irah taught about how our perspective shapes our reality. I thought again about my first ever yoga teacher saying that ALL goals we have set for ourselves are equally possible to accomplish...the only thing making our "BIGGEST goals" seem so far out of reach, is our perspective about their difficulty 🤔 I'd love to know what yall think about this train of thought?
