Went to Fan Fusion Phoenix (basically Com a Con), learn so much about displays and how important your elevator pitch is... and to have 3 ready to fly out of your mouth before you can think. Was able to work on SS10D some. Exhaustion kind of took over. Come home and being pulled in so many directions I literally had no time to write on SS10D. But I have come to a point where I have never been before. The Writer. I got so wrapped up on Development it is hard for me to think about opening it in writer. Silly I know, but learning sometimes turn a switch of balking at working on something a new way. Today, I slay that giant. Some where between now, 451am and bedtime with a book signing interrupting the flow. Not too mention eating... good golly that takes so much time away. Raise a hand if you feel like taking care of bodily needs can see a nuisance and you really, and I do mean really, push the envelop on it. Like forgetting you bladder told you it was time to get up and have a bio break, but you mind was wrapped around your story like clamp and you didn't want to let go. Or you suddenly get light headed and you realize you haven't eaten in 8 hours or more? If you are both... stand up and take your bio break NOW. I mean, really??? how many times have you lifted your coffee cup or drink container and it was empty??? Stand up stretch, whether you think you need it or not hit the bathroom, then the kitchen, then back to work. Your mind will appreciate it will your eyes. It does work. I have been forcing myself to do it because I'm doing writing, just not what I want. You know what I mean... newsletters, agendas, and creating new things for the things you are working on. Now wrap your mind around that. I am writing this more to me than you but have to get it out. (raise your hand if you understand and been there - bought the Tshirt and wore it out?) My goal is huge for me... Finish this 2nd draft Ezras, Prince of the Luna, and be at least half way through editing it. I did take time to use midjourney to finish off a cover I had built in the art program that existed last week. I took from a drawing to a 'photo.' I would appreciate it if anyone who looks at tells me which one they like the best. I have four samples, and they are number, top two are #1, #2, bottom row is #3 and #4.
