🌟 Monday Mastermind 🌟
(Your Weekly Support & Breakthrough Thread) Okay So I'm stealing this one. Because I'm learning EVERYONE is stealin good ideas from EVERYONE else. Every Monday, this is your space to bring it in. - Your current bottleneck. - Your doubts & fears. - Your needs from the group - Your next big move. Post your question below and let the community support you. 🫶 It’s basically a mastermind. We are using the power of the group to support each other with their challenges 🚀 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲: 👉 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀. Make your question specific. Pick ONE issue (one bottleneck, one fear, one offer you want feedback on, one thing that's not working, etc.). The more precise you are, the better the answers can and will be! Drop your question below. 👇

@Stacey Brooks Aww Stacey. I have found over the years that no matter what you do you have to have something totally unrelated to your heart project to get away, at least mentally. When I was a kid, it was hiding under the blankets with a flashlight and reading until 1 or 2 am and getting up at 6 to go to school. (I shared a room with an older sister). Singing and teaching myself how to dance, lol. was another. When I wrestle with a character because they don't do what I want... they go off on their own with a plan I didn't give them... (lol the utter gall. hahahaha). I turned to baking - people loved my baked goods. Nothing fancy, things like artisan bread, created my own recipe for artisan cheese and jalapeno bread, they lined up for, same with my pumpernickel bread. I didn't have to think. Read a recipe and follow it. Like mathematics. Just follow the formula and you don't have to think just act. I had to quit baking professionally because it was taking 3 whole days from writing. Now I bin dive. lol I know authors who hike, sing, paint, exercise...Now that there is a high you can get from weightlifting and exercise, including aerobics. That can transfer to your true main focus. Maybe that's why Hemingway always stood when he wrote. Whatever it is, it has to be something you, Stacey Brooks, enjoy. It's a different kind of joy, yes. But it invigorates your creative cells and releases endorphins, inside your dancing with joy as you writing flows. Oh boy, oh boy, its as lovely as the crunch of a piece of toasted cheese bread with butter and apple jelly slathered on it... just like cheddar cheese on a slice of apple pie... to die for!

@Stacey Brooks I have lived many places and one of my very best friends, she passed away last year, live in Israel. We never met physically, the closest we got was zoom and we had 1-2 hour called EARLY in the morning (3 o4 4am my time) just chatting, some about writing, some about life, we solved world problems and healed many. lol There is no reason we cannot be friends. Where do you live? I'm in Northeastern Arizona up in the White Mountains. Have family in So Cal, Texas, Maryland, Oregon and good friends I chat with monthly or bi monthly across the US and in Germany.

Welcome to New Members! Give these folks a great welcome and make them feel at home! This classroom is for anyone wanting to learn or write with AI help! Not Automations. We want to help you get the words out of your head and get your books published! Introduce yourself, share who you are, what you're working on, how we can help. @Tamara Donesky @Tara D This is also the support site for WordCrafter.Pro a very different (but familiar in ways) writing app with built-in Skill Rooms populated with Personas to help you work the details out and get writing. It's like walking into a writer's room for a television show and having several experts to talk out your ideas and help create your world, your characters, a story bible, outline and get the book written, edited, create additional merchandise and extras to go along with the book and the best part, a full marketing plan!

Totally Tuesday!
So i've basically been ill for the last three days and pushing through it with a nasty sinus infection. I spent half of today resting and the other half adding what I think might be the best totally necessary two weeks ago feature. A freakin MANUAL. OMG. it's extensive and detailed and hidden quite cleverly at the top of the Binder. Please read the Preamble, to learn "Michael's Rule of Manuals". This technique is a decades old secret I have passed on to anyone who has ever tried to read a manual and ended up looking haggard with eyes glazed understanding less than when they started. The Quick Start is there if you think you know what you are doing and the rest is all there. I will be doing a line by line edit of it starting tomorrow as there are some things that are a bit off. Claude and the nonfiction room are good but nothing like a full read through by someone who actually uses it. This is actually version 9 since I started and will be the canonical master copy ongoing. There will eventually be a print addition, but probably not before I hire a better graphic designer than I am (not a very high bar to reach). Screenshots and graphics will be added as well. There are call outs for screenshots already in the text but please let me know if you think others should be added as well. I've already found a few and made hasty notes on my handy dandy Notepad also cleverly hidden in the Binder. If you hit a snag somewhere reading through you need me to address ask and I'll jump to that section and add the graphics needed there . I built this in the Binder so I can edit it live and work with it just like the live document it is. Please critique this, let me know if there is more (or less) that you need. I published it rough ths way because of some of the questions I have been asked recently. I should be able to add links here to videos elsewhere to explain things better as well, **** And if you have read this far I did make it into BIAM this month and will be running through it like everyone else, Just with WCP to see how well it works with Colm's method. I'll post here and on Storyhackers about it.
Totally Tuesday!

Happy Mother's Day
To all those who have birthed children... may you be blessed mightily this day and coming year. If you are alone, look in the mirror and wrap your arms around yourself. Look yourself in the eyes. And repeat this, "Happy Mother's day!" Now, point your index finger at your reflection and back at yourself. "We are going to celebrate. So, get gussied up, do your makeup as if you are going to ball. Hold your head high and call a friend to join you. If you drink have a glass of champagne or mimosa with breakfast, enjoy this time. If you are with family, let them, please let them, celebrate you. Sit back and enjoy the good wishes and hugs, sticky fingered and all. Remember you are the Mother of future generations... and you can be a mother in more ways than one. From four legged kids to two... and the biggest meanest mother on the block when someone messes with your kid. You are AWESOME.

@Stacey Brooks thanks. I'm glad it resonated with. I've met too many women that are forgotten. Just as too many men are for the same reason.

I'm working on the 2nd book of the Onus Chronicles, my newsletter and blog.... plus I have an event on Saturday... I live in a tourist town and we are in that horrendous heat wave right now. The people down in the valley will be coming up here this week to escape the heat. Here it will be in the high 80's down in the Phoenix add 10 to 20 degrees. So potential readers will be there. Held a debut on Friday night and picked up some new fans. Plus I'm pulling together the swag I want to sell at Phoenix Fan Fusion.
