CRM thoughts?

I see a lot of potential helping businesses connect virtual assistants (Synthflow) to CRMs. Hubspot seems to be a really popular and easy-to-use choice, with reasonable costs for small business. Zoho suite is also quite comprehensive (so many modules) and I like the a la carte structure where you can buy specific functions/tools.

Are there other CRMs that you've used either for your own agency or for clients? What specific benefits made you choose them?
