The goal is for the AI to: Understand which haircut/treatment the customer wants (we’ve created multiple event types in Cal.com). Check availability in Cal.com. Offer free time slots to the customer. Book the appointment directly in Cal.com. I’m a bit stuck on how to properly connect Cal.com with Synthflow so the AI can: Know which treatment the customer is asking for. Fetch available time slots. Confirm and book the appointment. Has anyone here set up something similar (AI receptionist + Cal.com)?
