Thanks for taking this massive lead towards investing in your future. What investment you might ask? The investment of TIME! There's 4 types of people in this world: - Those with Time & Money (Less than 0.1% - Very rare: people with both in abundance are a tiny fraction.) - Those without Time, but has Money (15% - Many successful professionals and entrepreneurs fall here. They have money but not time freedom.) - Those who have Time, but are without Money (25% - Students, early-career people, retirees, or people in transition phases usually fall here.) - Those without both (60% - Most people feel strapped for both time and money. This is the “default” group.) As you can probably imagine, most people who come in here wont be in the first group. The next least common group are those with MONEY but no TIME. This means that we can determine out of the two resources presented two us, TIME is the more abundant resource. One could argue "Well I don't really have time either.". Well then why are you here? Because you found a way to MAKE TIME to INVEST in your future! Something that sets this group apart from the others is that we believe in owning our failures. The fact is, everyone in life fails, but most people who don't acknowledge their short comings will never improve. Now, with that being said, we ALSO take pride and own the living heck out of our accomplishments! So, please be proud of both your WINS and LOSSES! "Success is not measured by how many times you win, its measured by how many times you pick yourself up after failure." (Miguel dos Santos). I know that was a lot, so lets kick this off, shall we? Go ahead and drop an introduction down in the comments and simply let us know what brought you here to this community. 3 Automations Every Small Business Should Set Up First
When you’re running a small business, time is your most valuable resource. The good news? A few simple automations can save you HOURS every week and keep your business running smoothly while you sleep. Here are the top 3 automations every small business should start with: 1. Lead Capture → CRM / Email List Stop copying and pasting leads from forms into spreadsheets. - Example: New lead fills in a website form → info automatically goes into Airtable/HubSpot → welcome email sent instantly. - Impact: You never miss a lead, and they feel valued from second one. 2. Appointment Scheduling + Reminders Chasing people to confirm meetings is a huge time drain. - Example: Client books a call via Calendly → appointment auto-syncs to Google Calendar → reminder SMS/email goes out 24 hours before. - Impact: Reduces no-shows and keeps your calendar under control. 3. Invoices + Payment Follow-Ups Cash flow is king. Automate the boring stuff. - Example: Finish a project → invoice auto-generated in Xero/QuickBooks → payment link sent → if unpaid, polite reminder emails go out at 7/14 days. - Impact: You get paid faster, with less awkward chasing. 👉 These are low-effort, high-impact automations that create immediate wins for any small business. Question for you: Which of these do you already have set up? Or which one would help you most right now? Or would you like some help

3 Automations Every Small Business Should Set Up First
The 30 Day Challenge!
I'm going to be honest here, I stole this from the one and only, Alex Hormozi lol. Just before I began my journey, I saw a video by him that talked about what can be done in 30 days of consecutive work. The only rule was this: - "Work for 30 days straight, anywhere from 8 - 12 hours a day minimum, and document your journey." So I said, "12 - 15 on average, LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" See, I have always had a ridiculous amount of work ethic due to my time in the military. Something about me is that when I get fixated on something, I CANT STOP! It consumes me and I literally lose sleep over it. Typically what happens in situations like that is that I would go to bed and lay there from 10 to 2 just thinking about what I COULD be doing... What was different about this experience was that I decided to actually take action. If there was something I was fixated on, welp I guess I just need to get up and go work on it then, don't I? So that's what I did.. I would put in 12 hours, go lay down, and if I wasn't asleep within 30 minutes, Id get back up and keep working because that was my sign that I wasn't done yet with whatever I was fixated on. Due to these actions, I managed to succeed in a landscape that many told me I couldn't make it in due to my lack of knowledge in coding and AI experience. In less than 30 days, I managed to acquire my first client. I'm not here to say "Follow my method and you'll succeed.", but I AM here to say that the only thing hold you back from success is YOURSELF! So here's my challenge to you: - work for 30 days straight - minimum of 8 hours (I encourage more but understand if family obligates prevent this) - Document your journey virtually. (I used OBS studio but you can simply use Loom instead. Once all your videos are recorded, use a platform like clipchamp, its FREE, or capcut, has a free trial and is better than clipchamp, to piece all of your videos together into one long video) - make sure to record at least one 5 minute clip a day. It can be at the end of your day to cover what you worked on. I recommend a morning and evening video though to compare a before and after for each day. - Share your Journey here with the group. - Actually try.
The “Dream Workflow” Prompt
If you could wave a magic wand 🪄 and automate ANYTHING in your business (or life)… what would it be? Don’t hold back. Go wild. 👉 Want invoices to write and send themselves? 👉 Clients to magically onboard while you sleep? 👉 Or maybe your fridge restocking itself when the milk runs low? 😂 I’ll go first: I’d love an AI that chases down unpaid invoices with the patience of a saint and the persistence of a bounty hunter. Now your turn 👇What’s YOUR dream workflow? Bonus points if it’s something crazy we can actually try to build here in the community. 🚀
