I just finished watching 180 Days Building and AI Agency and it’s a wonderful production. I am close to launching my Day 1 journey. I’m just in my head a little bit about how much I should know to feel comfortable pitching to clients. What do you guys suggest for knowing when your ready to launch your agency?

This is absolutely HUGE!!! Let me just start by saying WOW has this been an eventful past month. I know I'm technically 2 weeks late on dropping the video, but I think once you guys see it, you'll understand why lol. Something BIG has just happened and I'm super excited to be able to share it with the community that's been there with me every step of this journey. If you do nothing else, at least watch the first 2 minutes as I put in a lot of effort into having this made for me. Call it a mini celebration lol. Now, I want to precis this video by stating a real decision has not been made yet; however, after talking to a lot of high level stakeholders who are involved, I can honestly say that I am confident that I will know at least something by the end of this month. Things are moving and FAST! Please excuse the bit of emotion I have in the video btw lol. Its been nothing short of an emotion journey for me and soon you'll see why.
