The 30 Day Challenge!
I'm going to be honest here, I stole this from the one and only, Alex Hormozi lol. Just before I began my journey, I saw a video by him that talked about what can be done in 30 days of consecutive work. The only rule was this: - "Work for 30 days straight, anywhere from 8 - 12 hours a day minimum, and document your journey." So I said, "12 - 15 on average, LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" See, I have always had a ridiculous amount of work ethic due to my time in the military. Something about me is that when I get fixated on something, I CANT STOP! It consumes me and I literally lose sleep over it. Typically what happens in situations like that is that I would go to bed and lay there from 10 to 2 just thinking about what I COULD be doing... What was different about this experience was that I decided to actually take action. If there was something I was fixated on, welp I guess I just need to get up and go work on it then, don't I? So that's what I did.. I would put in 12 hours, go lay down, and if I wasn't asleep within 30 minutes, Id get back up and keep working because that was my sign that I wasn't done yet with whatever I was fixated on. Due to these actions, I managed to succeed in a landscape that many told me I couldn't make it in due to my lack of knowledge in coding and AI experience. In less than 30 days, I managed to acquire my first client. I'm not here to say "Follow my method and you'll succeed.", but I AM here to say that the only thing hold you back from success is YOURSELF! So here's my challenge to you: - work for 30 days straight - minimum of 8 hours (I encourage more but understand if family obligates prevent this) - Document your journey virtually. (I used OBS studio but you can simply use Loom instead. Once all your videos are recorded, use a platform like clipchamp, its FREE, or capcut, has a free trial and is better than clipchamp, to piece all of your videos together into one long video) - make sure to record at least one 5 minute clip a day. It can be at the end of your day to cover what you worked on. I recommend a morning and evening video though to compare a before and after for each day. - Share your Journey here with the group. - Actually try.

The “Dream Workflow” Prompt
If you could wave a magic wand 🪄 and automate ANYTHING in your business (or life)… what would it be? Don’t hold back. Go wild. 👉 Want invoices to write and send themselves? 👉 Clients to magically onboard while you sleep? 👉 Or maybe your fridge restocking itself when the milk runs low? 😂 I’ll go first: I’d love an AI that chases down unpaid invoices with the patience of a saint and the persistence of a bounty hunter. Now your turn 👇What’s YOUR dream workflow? Bonus points if it’s something crazy we can actually try to build here in the community. 🚀

I want a workflow that can replicate already built agents but in the clients image. Anyone who's been working with me long enough knows this is something Ive been talking about for quite some time now haha. The way I envision is it something like this: It begins with a form submission that has a bunch of fields for clients to enter their required credentials (or we gather them and enter it for them) Then, when the workflow executes, it goes through and builds out each of the required workflows/sub-workflows and spits the response out in either JSON or is directly linked up to n8n and can build itself. I think a good way to go about this would be to have an already build concept and then for each workflow needed, the replication agent would just have a different branch off aspect that it travels for to complete each component. The reason I think this would be so powerful is because this could effectively cut down on the replication aspect per client build anywhere from 2 hours to as much as 10 hours depending on how custom they need it or how complex the overall build is!

@Micah Neal thanks man!
180 DAYS IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!
This is absolutely HUGE!!! Let me just start by saying WOW has this been an eventful past month. I know I'm technically 2 weeks late on dropping the video, but I think once you guys see it, you'll understand why lol. Something BIG has just happened and I'm super excited to be able to share it with the community that's been there with me every step of this journey. If you do nothing else, at least watch the first 2 minutes as I put in a lot of effort into having this made for me. Call it a mini celebration lol. Now, I want to precis this video by stating a real decision has not been made yet; however, after talking to a lot of high level stakeholders who are involved, I can honestly say that I am confident that I will know at least something by the end of this month. Things are moving and FAST! Please excuse the bit of emotion I have in the video btw lol. Its been nothing short of an emotion journey for me and soon you'll see why. Please stay tuned and continue to support my journey. Ultimately I make these videos for myself, however those who support me have definitely been helping in terms of getting my story out there and I truly cant even begin to thank you all enough! Enjoy!!!

For anyone who may see this, @Micah Neal is the genius behind the editing in the videos I create on YouTube. He has been a massive help towards getting mine and my teams name out there's in a way that can actually attract people in an engaging way. If you ever need video editing, I HIGHLY recommend @Micah Neal
🌟 Share Your AI Automation Wins
One of the best parts about being in this community is learning from each other’s real-world wins. Big or small, every automation you’ve built is proof of how powerful AI can be when applied with creativity. To kick things off, here are a few successes I’ve personally worked on for clients and projects: - 🎙 Voice Agents that handle inbound and outbound calls for various clients. - 💬 Marketing Chatbots that qualify leads and guide users through funnels. - 📲 SMS Automation for follow-ups, reminders, and campaign engagement. - 🤖 Personal Assistants that help manage daily tasks and reduce admin work. - 📧➡️💰 Email → Quote → Invoice Systems that take a client from inquiry to paid invoice without manual intervention. - 🖼 Text-to-Image & Image-to-Video Workflows built inside n8n for fast, creative content production. 👉 Now it’s your turn: - What automation wins have you had recently? - Which tool, workflow, or integration made a real difference in saving time, improving efficiency, or closing more deals? Whether it’s a small script that saves you 30 minutes a day or a full-scale system that transformed your business, share it below, your experience might inspire the next big win for someone else here.

Without breaking client confidentiality, The best automation my team and I have build is a voice agent that handles inbound and outbound calls, books appointments based on available slots that it sources, plus ti can also gather a clients house details live on the call to verify its looking at the correct property, and idetify key characteristics from the image pulled. By the end of the call, it analyzes how the call went and determines if the appointment was book or not booked. If it was not booked, it determine WHY it wasnt booked so that we can follow up on the lead at a later date.

@Micah Neal This is awesome dude. There are tons of great platforms out there that can be used to edit/enhance stuff. However, what I will say is that AI will always be better in terms of the raw creative aspect and less good at the "take this original photo and edit it like a professional". Its not terrible at it but professional software will always be a bit better in that sense. But one thing to always consider is the time that it takes. Is it work the extra 10+hours of editing it takes to get that picture just right that you can charge the same amount for if it were perfect? Just some food for thought!
