Busy is starting to look like a bug, not a badge.
Scaling a business can sometimes turn into doing more of the same grind every day. More tasks. More tabs open. More mental load. And it's surprising to see that people are still doing all of these recuring tasks manually, especially, things like rewriting the same emails, sorting low-quality leads, cleaning up notes… it adds up fast. Even removing one small decision from your day can free up way more time than you expect. I’m trying to map out where people are actually losing time right now.
