๐Ÿš€New Video: DON'T Build Another AI Agent Until You Watch This
In this video, I break down the AI systems pyramid and explain how I decide what type of system to build for a given problem. We walk through all four layers, starting with custom GPTs, then simple workflow automations with no AI, followed by AI workflows, and finally full AI agents. As you move up the pyramid, complexity, cost, and the chance of things going wrong all increase, and I explain exactly why that matters in real projects. I also show real examples of each layer so you can see how these systems actually work in practice. By the end of the video, you should be able to confidently decide which type of AI system you need to build and avoid overengineering solutions that do not need it. Access the Decision Tree HERE

AUTOMATING CONTENT PROCESS FOR E-COMMERCE
AUTOMATING CONTENT FOR E-COMMERCE Hello guys ! Im working for a huge multibrand/omnichannel clothing store in Balkan/Europe. With base in Belgrade Serbia. I came up with Idea of automating content for products in e-commerce. That process contains - Downloading photos from official webistes with uniques SKUs Arranging photos with our rules from 1-5 for each SKU. Edit photos with our rules, remove bacground , sizing etc. Describing product for landing page and translations for those descriptions in 6 different languages. i managed to do full customized automation thanks to content in this group. But i do have some issues I used Ngrok, render and github for python codes, but when i trigger automation sometimes its on sleep so i have to try multiple times to get it to work, does anyone know and could give me any information on how i can wakeup servers right away and have succesfull workflow in first try. Thank you!
AI is quietly raising the baseline for what customers expect from a business.
It is not replacing your team, it is replacing โ€œgood enoughโ€. Reply time that used to be acceptable is now slow. Follow ups that used to be optional are now expected. Manual admin that used to be normal is now a bottleneck. The scary part is you will not notice it in one big moment You will notice it in small losses, more ghosting, slower sales cycles, more pressure on your team, even though you did not change anything. Because the businesses around you are installing AI into operations, and that becomes the new normal. Question for business owners here Where do you feel the baseline rising first in your industry, speed of response, follow up, customer support, or internal operation
