🚀New Video: The Only Cold Email You Need to Get AI Clients
In this episode, I brought on Suvam. He generated over $500,000 in sales opportunities in six months using cold email as a beginner. The core lesson is to sell the outcome first and build after commitment. Suvam overcame the trust barrier with a zero-risk offer: doing the work for free in exchange for a case study reference. This worked so well that one free client became his first paying client and the social proof nearly doubled his reply rates. His playbook uses AI to find pre-filtered niche databases, not massive lead directories, and employs a simple 4-step automation for personalization at scale.

🚀New Video: Turn Any Website Into LLM Ready Data INSTANTLY
In this tutorial, I show you how to turn any website into LLM-ready data in seconds using Firecrawl and Claude Code. We cover everything from scraping content and extracting branding information to mapping entire sites and pulling structured data. I walk through setting up the Firecrawl MCP server in Claude Code, then demonstrate real use cases including scraping 200 job listings from a remote job board and extracting branding details from landing pages. The best part is you don't need to think about configuration or which API endpoints to use. Just tell Claude Code what you want and it figures out the rest. FIRECRAWL DISCOUNT

Starting Automation Rules
If You’re Just Starting Automation, Do THIS First (Not Tools) Most beginners start with tools. That’s already a mistake. Before n8n, Zapier, AI models — you need clarity on what you’re automating. Start here: Businesses don’t buy “automation” They buy less chaos, more money, or more time Your first job: Understand how a business makes money Where leads come from How they follow up Where things break If you can’t explain a business’s workflow on paper, you’re not ready to automate it. Rule:-> No business understanding → no useful automation. ✨Curious about:-> 1. More beginners point's? 2. What's your automation/work rules? 3. What's your niche? 4. Which point is more useful?
Signal based cold email strategy
I decided to focus on signal-based lead scraping through LinkedIn. A lot of people in the cold email space talk about sending emails based on signals: - People talking about problems in their business - Showing interest in products you offer - Or simply discussing something you sell But the real work is actually finding these people. Where do you even find business owners in your ICP who are complaining or showing interest in what you sell? That’s the problem I focused on solving. I built a semi-automated way to do it. I use Google with site operators to find posts talking about AI and automation. Then I scrape the reactions from those posts, enrich the data with LinkedIn, and send an email referencing the post while asking about their AI plans. This means I’ve gone from randomly emailing people about automations to only reaching out to people who have already shown interest in AI. Right now, the biggest bottleneck is finding creators with the right audience. But once I do, the rest is automated and I can generate leads within minutes. Just wanted to share this since some of you have been asking about ways to get leads. I walk through the entire system in the video.
