🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | Oct 4 – Oct 10
Each week, members inside AIS+ are proving that consistent action compounds fast - turning ideas into real systems, wins, and breakthroughs. It’s incredible to see how far commitment and curiosity can go when you combine them with the right tools. Here are a few standouts from this week inside AIS+ 👇 👉 @Aidan Finnegan landed a $13,000 consulting deal with a construction firm - building a full suite of bots for lead qualification, scheduling, and quality control. Real automation, real business impact. 👉 @Sarvesh Gosavi built REESE, a full-blown real estate analysis agent that fetches Zillow listings, models financials, and generates property insights - a huge leap for AI in real estate. 👉 @Larry Collett unlocked randomized avatar video generation using HeyGen + n8n Data Tables - automating dynamic avatar switching for script delivery through Telegram. 👉 @Edward Slater landed his first client by creating a voice-powered quote and invoice system using n8n + Xero - automation triggered entirely by voice chat. 👉 @Seifeddine Ouerghi released AI Whisperer, a QA-style agent that audits workflows, detects risks, and explains logic flow - designed to make automations safer and clearer. Every one of these wins started small - an idea, a workflow, a single message. Keep experimenting, keep sharing and keep showing up. Because the next big win could easily be yours 💪 ✨ Want to see more breakthroughs like these every week? 💬 Discussion Post: Your First Time Using AI
Let’s take it back to the very beginning... What was your very first experience using AI? Was it ChatGPT? Midjourney? Some random AI voice assistant you asked about the weather in 2021? Here are a few prompts to get you going: - What tool did you use first, and why did you try it? - What did you think was happening behind the scenes? - Were you blown away? Confused? Skeptical?

When Your Workflow Works… Until It Doesn’t
You know that moment when your automation finally runs perfectly, and then breaks for no apparent reason the next day?Yeah, that one. Here’s what I’ve learned after fixing more broken workflows than I’d like to admit: 1. Logs > Luck — Always log everything. You can’t fix what you can’t trace. 2. Test like a user, not a dev. Real data always exposes what dummy data hides. 3. Add “if this fails” paths. Don’t assume success. Every external API will fail eventually. 4. Notifications are your best friend. If it breaks, you should know before your client does. Automations aren’t meant to be perfect, they’re meant to be resilient. The difference between a good automation builder and a great one? ➡️ The great ones plan for failure. What’s the weirdest or most random reason one of your automations ever broke?
AI Just Wrote Its Own Code to Control Real-World Devices (The Jarvis Moment is HERE)
This video from OpenAI's DevDay is absolutely insane. Watch AI write its own code in real time to control cameras. Move them around. Shift stage lights toward the audience. Describe what it's seeing. All from simple commands. No hand-coding. No programmer sitting there writing instructions. The AI figures out what needs to happen, writes the code itself, and executes it. This is the shift. We're done with chatbots that answer questions. We're in the era of agents that actually DO things in the real world ON THEIR OWN! Remember Iron Man when Tony just talks to Jarvis and everything happens? That's not science fiction anymore. It's a demo at a tech conference. Soon anyone will be able to spin up their own AI agent that writes code on the fly to run workflows, control devices, automate systems. The barriers that used to require engineering teams are disappearing fast. Is it plug-and-play tomorrow? No. But the pace right now is wild. What seemed impossible last year is a demo today. What's a demo today will be in your hands next month. We're watching the future build itself in real time. Thanks for sharing this video Endrit Restelica
