When everything is working fine, how does the client know?
Something I can't stop thinking about. When an automation breaks there's usually an error, an alert, someone shouting. Fine. But when it's working perfectly, the client sees... nothing. It's invisible by design.
Which means for months they're paying for something they have no evidence of. And I'm not sure "trust me, it ran 4,000 times" is doing the job.
Do you send clients anything to show them it's working? Or do you just let good results speak for themselves and hope nobody asks?
