What really works?

It's been a while since I've been here due to my job and now that I'm back, I feel confused as ever.

I had this idea of building speed to lead AI agents on n8n for independent real estate brokers with smaller teams in Miami and it was the goal, but now I'm not even sure if that's what the market still wants. there's Claude this Claude that, fable this fable that, opus etc. does this mean I have to start building on those instead or change my idea completely?
