🚨URGENT HELP NEEDED!!🚨Claude Code message limit problems

Hey there I am a free user of Claude, and have been using it for a while. For a past few days I have been experiencing a few errors, first of all the most frustrating one is that for about 3 or 4 days, whenever I message Claude it only replies to that message and then says that You are out of free messages until X:XX, Then I have to wait 4-5 hours to message again, its so frsutrating that I am doing one thing and for another message I have to wait that much, I sent an email [email protected] but instead of a human there Fin AI Agent replied telling some things, I did those and it didnt worked then I told him to connect me to a Human agent, after that he replied this,

But when i go to the help center and and go to that message icon there is also Fin AI Agent. I emailed again saying that please connect me with a Human Agent he again said the same thing. I am stuck here now. Cant carry on with my project or message claude. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help me here.

I was hoping that you could help me with this issue. I need help ASAP. And oh yeah I have another problem; sometimes when I message it(before this message problem) it showed this, not always but sometimes, Taking longer than usual. Trying again shortly (attempt X), but today, as I messaged it, it went to attempt 10 and then stopped and said this
