🔥 Host n8n Completely FREE on the Cloud (Legit Method – Tested)
Hey everyone 👋 I found a way to host n8n for free using a platform called run.claw.cloud, and I’ve personally tested it — it works. You can deploy n8n instantly without paying upfront. 🚀 How It Works You can sign up using: - GitHub - Google (Gmail) 💰 Credits Breakdown 🟢 First-Time Bonus – $5 Credit - GitHub users: Your GitHub account must be at least 7 days old - Gmail users: No special requirement 🔁 Recurring Monthly Bonus – $5 Credit You can unlock recurring $5/month credits by: - Linking your GitHub account - Your GitHub account must be 180+ days old 📦 Deploying n8n After signing up: 1. Go to the App Store 2. Search for n8n 3. Click deploy That’s it. Hosting cost is around: - $0.14 per day - ≈ $4.20 per month So the $5 credit covers it fully. If you have a 6+ month old GitHub account, you can keep getting $5/month — meaning you may not need to pay at all. ⚠️ Honest Feedback - I’ve tested it and it works. - There are occasional small issues. - Not ideal for mission-critical production. - But perfect for learning, testing, or running small workflows without paying. If anyone else tries this, let me know how it goes 👇Happy automating 🤖🔥

AI Lead Qualification & Routing System (Built End-to-End)
Hey everyone, I recently built an AI-powered lead qualification and routing system designed to automate how inbound leads are evaluated and distributed across a sales pipeline. Here’s what the system does: • Captures inbound leads (from Facebook Ads) via webhook • Normalizes and validates incoming data • Checks historical lead data to identify new vs. returning prospects • Uses AI to score intent and classify each lead • Logs AI decisions for transparency and auditability • Automatically routes leads to Sales, Nurture, or Discard • Updates HubSpot accordingly • Sends real-time Slack notifications for high-intent prospects How It Works Once a lead enters the system, it goes through a structured validation and enrichment layer before being passed into an AI decision engine. The AI evaluates intent and recommends the next best action. Based on that recommendation, the workflow automatically routes the lead to the appropriate pipeline while maintaining clean CRM data and logging all decisions. The architecture is modular and production-ready, meaning it can scale across different lead sources and CRM environments. Benefits • Eliminates manual lead qualification • Improves response time for high-intent leads • Keeps CRM clean and structured • Reduces sales team workload • Scales automatically as lead volume increases If anyone’s interested, here’s a complete overview of the workflow where I walk through the full system architecture: 👉 https://youtu.be/CknV7KcYVWA Happy to answer questions or discuss improvements.

Most automation fails before it even starts
While learning n8n, I noticed something important: Automation doesn’t fail because of tools. It fails because the process is unclear. If you can’t explain your workflow like this: Trigger → Action → Decision → Outcome You’re not ready to automate it yet. n8n is teaching me to think like a systems operator, not just a tool user. Agency owners — before automating something, can you clearly describe the exact steps your team follows today? If not, that’s probably the first bottleneck.

@Mohammed Imran Yeah thats right, I also learnt that while learning n8n.
🤨 Which AI tool do you use the most right now?
Curious what everyone here is actually using day to day There are a lot of tools now, but most people tend to rely on just one or two as their main workflow. Vote below for the one you use the most at the moment:

🚀 Built an AI Gmail Agent in n8n (Auto-Triage + Drafts Replies to Save Hours Daily)
Hey everyone 👋 I’m sharing a free, open-source AI email agent workflow I built in n8n for Gmail users — my very first workflow that I made entirely myself, without using any templates. 🔗 GitHub: https://github.com/m-saad125/ 🔗AI Agent: https://github.com/m-saad125/n8n-email-ai-agent What this workflow does This n8n workflow acts as an AI-powered email triage assistant: - 📥 Monitors incoming Gmail emails - 🧠 Uses an AI agent to classify each email into exactly one label - 🏷️ Automatically applies the correct Gmail label - ✍️ Drafts AI-generated replies only when a response is required - 🔄 Supports multiple AI models (easy to switch) Default labels (fully customizable) - To respond - FYI - Comment - Notification - Meeting Update - Awaiting reply - Collab Request - Marketing - Cold Email ⚠️ You must create these labels in Gmail first — or update the system prompt to use your own. Why I built this This workflow is for people and businesses who receive a large number of emails every day and don’t have time to read and respond to each one manually. - Inbox overload wastes hours daily - Some businesses even hire people just to manage email - Reading, sorting, and drafting replies takes real focus and time With this workflow, you simply activate it once, and the AI handles the triage and drafting automatically. You only review and send the important responses — everything else is organized for you. Bonus workflow 🎁 I also included a bonus n8n workflow in the same repository that automatically creates Gmail labels for you. - Useful if you have many labels and don’t want to create them manually - Just copy the provided Google Sheet - Paste it into the Google Sheets node - You can edit or rename labels easily before running it Built for learning and real use - Clean AI agent prompting - Strict classification logic - Easy to extend with Slack, Notion, or webhooks
