Hey there I am a free user of Claude, and have been using it for a while. For a past few days I have been experiencing a few errors, first of all the most frustrating one is that for about 3 or 4 days, whenever I message Claude it only replies to that message and then says that You are out of free messages until X:XX, Then I have to wait 4-5 hours to message again, its so frsutrating that I am doing one thing and for another message I have to wait that much, I sent an email [email protected] but instead of a human there Fin AI Agent replied telling some things, I did those and it didnt worked then I told him to connect me to a Human agent, after that he replied this, You can find helpful advice and answers to frequently asked questions in our Help Center. I will be doing custom loom video outreach, but I need some help and advice before starting. I have two options right now: 1. making a Loom video and just telling a general offer, which is solving ABC problem for XYZ niche. For clarity, making custom solutions for a niche, not a specific solution. ex - I will reduce your manual ops across all your departments and help you save over Xhrs/mo. 2. Taking a certain automation, which is a big pain point in the niche, and making a Loom video saying that we can make this whole thing, and showing a quick demo of how it works. Everything works great from my side — design, speed, mobile, lead generation, etc. But I’ve hit one challenge: 👉 Some clients ask: “What if I want to change something later myself?” Since this is not WordPress (no dashboard/CMS), they can’t easily edit things on their own. Right now, I handle updates manually for them — but I’m wondering: 1. How do you handle this situation? 2. Do you give clients editing access somehow? 3. Or do you position it as a “done-for-you service” and handle all updates yourself? Would really appreciate your advice 🙌Thanks!
