I've been writing an outreach workflow that uses Retell as the outbound call voice agent. When I tried to schedule an appointment, it kept saying there was no availability even though my calendar is open. When I looked at the payload, I saw "2024" as the date. I asked antigravity about it and it said "That's a common LLM issue — Retell's model thinks it's 2024 because of training data cutoff. The fix is to tell the agent what today's date is."
