Passion is your greatest superpower.
I just made a post on LinkedIn about this, but I wanted to give you guys a slightly different version:
I uploaded 29 YouTube videos in the past 28 days.
4.1M views. 280K watch hours. 68K new subscribers. And I even took a full week off in the middle of it.
You guys in the comments and in here are asking me things like "Do you ever sleep?" and "Are you using an AI avatar?"
Yes I sleep and no I don't use an AI avatar. I even edit all of my tutorials myself.
Honest answer: I have an incredible team that helps keep everything running, and AI agents and systems that let me get done in a single day what used to take me a full week.
This amount of YT output would be impossible without the AIS+ team here!
But that's still not the full answer.
The full answer is passion.
And I want to talk about burnout for a second because I think people gloss over this too fast.
Burnout is real. I've felt it before. And spamming more content doesn't automatically mean better results. More output without intention just accelerates the crash.
That dip in the graph is a full week in Florida with my girlfriend and my family. Phones down. No filming.
And here's what happened when I got back.
I didn't ease back in. I uploaded multiple videos almost immediately. Not because I felt behind. Because I had so many ideas building up that I couldn't hold them back. The break didn't slow me down, it reloaded me.
That's what happens when you're working inside your passion.
It's the last thing you think about before you fall asleep and the first thing that hits you when you wake up. It doesn't drain you. It fuels you.
It makes me feel like a kid on Christmas.
That's the superpower nobody talks about enough.
So if you're feeling pressure to get into AI automation or Claude Code just because everyone says you should, I get it. Learn the tools. Test them. Understand what they can do.
But if you can't find your passion inside that niche, keep looking.
Find your corner of AI that gives you that infinite energy. The thing that makes you want to stay up too late and wake up too early. The thing that puts you in the top 1% of your field not because you grind harder, but because you genuinely can't stop.
Passion plus consistency over the long run beats spam every single time.
And that's exactly why I'm so grateful for every single one of you in this community.
Because when I look at the comments, the conversations, and the connections being made in here, I can feel it immediately. The energy. The excitement. The way you guys are showing up not because someone told you to, but because you actually care about what we're building together.
That passion you have is the same thing I feel.
We're just getting started.
Find your passion. Then go all in.
What do you guys think?
