New here, bringing AI to my whole team
Hi everyone, glad to be here.
I run a company of about 100 people, and I want to get AI working across the whole team, not just for me.
Two things I'm chasing: a "second brain" so the important stuff stops living in my head, and a proper management operating system, more than the Power BI reports I already get, something that actually drives behaviour and action.
If you've rolled AI out across a team, what's the one thing you wish you'd known on day one?
