New here, bringing AI to my whole team
Hi everyone, glad to be here. I run a company of about 100 people, and I want to get AI working across the whole team, not just for me. Two things I'm chasing: a "second brain" so the important stuff stops living in my head, and a proper management operating system, more than the Power BI reports I already get, something that actually drives behaviour and action. If you've rolled AI out across a team, what's the one thing you wish you'd known on day one?

A question for anyone who has tried building the AI OS: What is one thing you know now that you wish you knew before you started?
Is Paperclip Overhyped?
Seems that Nick Saraev didn't like Nate's recent video and published this response to it? Does @Nate Herk have been with Nick or something? What's happening? Is Nate selling us overhyped tools as Nick says? I'm concerned.

@Nishit - reStrucAI, did you try the + next to agents in the left-hand menu and then choose configure a runtime manually?
Paperclip Experience?
Curious if anyone here is building agentic workflows for service businesses with Paperclip? Would love to hear what people are actually using it for in the real world. Something working really well for us, are all things internal, but service delivery is still a bit chunky ... Whatโ€™s working well? What breaks? Merciiii

Over the last 6 weeks I've used it in my spare time to build a zero-employee business, and overall I've been impressed with how the agents work together. Getting alignment between the different roles โ€” UX, software engineer, web dev and CTO โ€” was the standout. Historically the cost and time would have been prohibitive, but in part-time hours I went from concept to beta launch in 6 weeks, which I thought was amazing. The Paperclip app itself has improved a lot over the last month as they ship updates. A few watch-outs: keep an eye on token use, and resist the urge to hand the agents too much at once. They work best when you break things into small, well-scoped tasks rather than a giant brief. You'll also get the occasional cascading loop or runaway job, so check in regularly rather than leaving it running unattended. For my use case it's been well worth it โ€” happy to share more if anyone's heading down the same path.
Is Paperclip still useful?
Trying to figure out if Paperclip makes sense in my automation stack. The idea: user clicks a button โ†’ Paperclip triggers a Claude Code skill on cloud โ†’ returns the output. Has anyone tried this? Also considering it partly because Claude Code is cheaper than the raw API for longer tasks.
