A question for anyone who has tried building the AI OS: What is one thing you know now that you wish you knew before you started?

Over the last 6 weeks I've used it in my spare time to build a zero-employee business, and overall I've been impressed with how the agents work together. Getting alignment between the different roles — UX, software engineer, web dev and CTO — was the standout. Historically the cost and time would have been prohibitive, but in part-time hours I went from concept to beta launch in 6 weeks, which I thought was amazing. The Paperclip app itself has improved a lot over the last month as they ship updates. A few watch-outs: keep an eye on token use, and resist the urge to hand the agents too much at once. They work best when you break things into small, well-scoped tasks rather than a giant brief. You'll also get the occasional cascading loop or runaway job, so check in regularly rather than leaving it running unattended. For my use case it's been well worth it — happy to share more if anyone's heading down the same path.
